A whole range of vibrations occur in various sectors of industry, which in turn allow all kinds of conclusions to be drawn about a machine's state. Being able to analyze and assess this state is vital in order to ensure that a machine runs reliably, safely and economically.

The vibration behavior of individual machines – particularly rotating and oscillating ones – is a key area of focus when it comes to machine dynamics. We have many years of experience in working with vibrations in the following fields:

As consulting engineers, our machine dynamics services can be split into two categories:
Troubleshooting or ‘firefighting’ work on existing machines that pose a threat to production or may cause damage. Problems like these generally tend to occur when starting machines for the first time, when increasing capacities, or when making changes to the production process. To counter this, we perform measurements at short notice which are used to determine the action plan to remedy a defective machine. Once the cause and, e.g., the transmission path of the increased vibrations have been determined, effective measures can be created to settle the problem.
Consulting capacity during the planning phase, e.g., when building a new production facility consisting of machines or areas with special requirements in terms of vibration behavior or, e.g., shock and vibration protection. Calculations are then performed with a view to implementing vibration isolators or some other form of shock and vibration reduction.
The services we offer to our customers provide solutions in the field of vibrations and fluid mechanics in many different branches of industry.
Approaches will be worked out under consideration of the basic conditions of the respective project and will be implemented in cooperation with the customer.
